In the fall term of 2003 all class grades at CPCC will be entered by instructors on the web. Instructions and training can be found by following the directions below.

1. Go to the Instruction website http://www.cpcc.edu/instruction.
2. Click on "Tools & Utlities" on the left of the page.
3. Click on “Course Administration Webtools”.
4. Enter your user name and password to login. Use your CPCC Network ID and password. Your network ID is in the format abc1234e, where “abc” represents your initials (last, first, middle) and “1234” represents the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
   
5. Once you have logged in, you will be on the CAW webpage. In the lower left-hand box, click “enter grades.” Click “yes” on the security prompt.
6. In the lower left-hand corner of this page a PDF “grading instructions document” can be viewed and/or printed.
7. If you would like to practice, you may also access an online grading practice module.

All full and part-time employees of the college should have a Network ID assigned by ITS. If you do not, you may request an account on this web page. If you have trouble logging in, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at 704.330.5000.
