The Facilities Partners will be actively involved as a team to address issues such as long-term and short-term planning for capital needs, programming of individual construction projects, coordination throughout construction projects, space utilization and management, development of standards, and property and parking management for both owned and leased areas. Through this team-based approach, the College should achieve several outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Improved planning, utilization, and management of its facilities
• Improved decision-making throughout the construction process for new and renovated facilities
• Improved coordination
• Improved use of staff and monetary resources as a result of improved coordination
• Fewer meetings, while still achieving broad-based representation and input in these processes
