Overlapping Classes Conflict Regulations
- The College cannot claim FTE credit for a student in both classes; therefore, overlapping class conflicts will not be approved for the routine convenience of the student, but will be reserved for students with special extenuating circumstances.
- A time conflict overlap must not be for more than five minutes.
- There can be no more than one overlap.
- A student must obtain approval of the instructors whose classes are involved in the overlap.
- The instructors involved will communicate in writing that they are in agreement with the overlap.
- The student must get final approval from the Office of the Vice-President for Instruction or from the Office of the Associate Dean of Admissions/Registration and Student Services.
