Administrative Code
The North Carolina Community College System operates under a system of laws and policies of the State Board of Education. These laws and policies are published in the North Carolina Administrative Code. A copy of the Code may be obtained from the office of the Dean for Instructional Accountability, Compliance, and Effectiveness.
