Logging onto the program

1. Click on the CAN8 icon to start the program
2. A registration screen will appear.  In the beginning of the semester you will enter  Guest01 up to Guest60 and the exact same for your password.
3. The Student Main Menu will be displayed. Select the Orientation which explains how to use the system to complete your lessons.

After DROP/ADD date:

The registration screen will appear. Enter your student SNAP / CPCC Login ID and password (SS#).

Getting to Your Lesson

4. Return to the Student Main Menu and select your Language of Study.
5. The Course Menu will be displayed. Select the course that you are in. Put on the headphones.
6. Click on the Textbook and/or Lesson exercise of choice. Have your book handy to open to the correct page if needed.

Working on the Lesson

7. Once you click on the lesson, it will begin. Many of the lessons interact with your workbook or text, so have your book open to the corresponding page if needed.
8. Remember these buttons:

   Click Pause button temporarily stops the lesson. Click it again to continue.
   Click Slow button to listen to the lesson at a slower speed.
   Click Play button to start the lesson from the beginning.

9. After you finish the lesson, click on the X in the upper right corner of the screen or press the F9 button until you are out of CAN8 and back to the main screen.
