The standard e-signature was created and adopted by Cabinet as part of our Service Excellence standards. Please use the email signature format on all e-communications.

How To Change or Update your Email Signatures

  1. Open a new email. Be sure the "Message" tab is open on the tools ribbon above.
  2. In the "Include" section of the ribbon, click "Signature".
  3. Choose the last "Signatures..." option from the drop menu.
  4. In "Select signature to edit" window, choose "New" or your existing signature.
  5. Copy and paste your initial signature information from this page into the larger text box under "Edit signature".
  6. Make sure that your font color, font family and font size are set to: Black, Arial 10pt font.
  7. Click on "Save"
  8. Click "OK"
  9. Repeat the process for your reply signature.
