This is what we do:
CPCC supports a growing array of technology to help students learn and help faculty be more efficient. These include synchronous tools, collaborative platforms, lesson capture and more. We can sit down with individual faculty or entire divisions to help them understand their potential.
LTS works with various college units of the college to plan and implement initiatives to improve student success with learning technology. This includes running pilot programs and working with faculty and leadership to get projects in motion.
The field of learning technology is incredibly vibrant and exciting. Many new companies are experimenting with new tools and strategies. We scan the horizon for ideas and spark conversations about what might make sense for CPCC.
We see ourselves as a translation service. We talk to the technical people responsible for making sure systems are supported and integrated into our greater IT system and introduce technologies to faculty and students. Communication is our most basic responsibility and a place we try to be creative and useful. Be sure to frequent our website, blog and weekly news show.
