Multi-Function Printers Service Agreement
Scope of Service
Service Agreement between Information Technology Services (ITS) and Campus Printing including all large to mid range MFP units located throughout the CPCC Environment. Responsibilities for parties are defined in the sections below .
Information Technology Services
ITS will coordinate all technical vendor issues relating to the college computing environment; including, but not limited to, such issues as network connectivity, print driver installation, and vendor hardware management.
All Customer request for service should initiate from the ITS Help Desk. Requests for service will be prioritized and addressed based on the standard Help Desk Operations policy. ITS will follow vendor support as outlined in the Service Process for MFP Units.
Campus Printing will coordinate system administration and billing through the college print charge back system, (i.e., Equitrac), including, but not limited to, maintenance of department and user accounts.
Initial training sessions will be provided by ITS to Professional Development and Library Services. Once training has been completed, it will be the responsibility of Professional Development and Library Services to continue all training activities. ITS will provide additional training information as modifications and updates are made.
