SmartRooms

Smart Classrooms, Smart Auditoriums, and Computer Classrooms

Smart Classrooms, which are specially equipped rooms located throughout CPCC campuses, enable faculty and staff to incorporate multimedia and Internet content into their lectures.  Each Smart Classroom has a smart podium equipped with a networked computer, DVD/VCR player, and a ceiling mounted data projector. (Click for a listing of Smart Rooms by Campus)

Smart Auditoriums are equipped as Smart Classrooms and may offer additional services. The major difference is greater seating capacity.  To confirm seating capacity, available services, and to reserve a room, contact your Campus Scheduler

Computer Classrooms are specially equipped rooms located throughout CPCC campuses, with a networked computer at each seat in the room. The instructor's station will be connected to a ceiling mounted data projector.  In some computer classrooms, the instructor's station may be a Smart Podium.

To reserve a Computer Classroom contact your Campus Scheduler.
