This package is available if you’d like to record an event in either Halton Theater, Pease Auditorium, Tate Hall or an auditorium classroom like Central High- room 301.
- You must provide at least 3-weeks notice for planning and testing
- The event must be a free CPCC-sponsored event occur during normal operating hours (M-F 8-5)
- You must identify a website or Learning Management System (LMS) location from which you will deliver the video
We’ll participate in the planning process, provide up to two cameras (with operators), two lapel microphones and one handheld microphone. We’ll record desktop software presentations like PowerPoint slides and add text overlays that include presenter names and titles.
Once the event is over, we’ll process the video and post it to your website or LMS within 2 weeks.
Please note: no post-capture editing will be performed by DMS.
