Application Support
DMS provides basic user support on multiple self-service media applications available in the Central Campus Innovations Center, LR405. Standard applications include:
- After Effects (animations)
- Audacity (audio)
- Captivate (tutorials)
- InDesign (publications)
- Movavi (videos)
- Photoshop (images)
If you need help creating a digital publication or a video project contact the ITS Help Desk to make an appointment with a Digital Media Specialist.
What is basic user support? DMS will help faculty and staff get acquainted with the features and workflow with each of the aforementioned media applications. DMS will not provide certified training on any product.
Please note, DMS does not provide full-service video editing, only user support.

DMS offers tools for customers to convert and/or duplicate several types of analog and digital media such as VHS, Slides, DVD, etc... Simply contact the ITS Help Desk for more information.
