 Troubleshooting

Viewing multiple student desktops within iTalc is very resource intensive on the instructor station. Simultaneous viewing of the classroom/lab computers is strongly discouraged due to the large amound of system resources that this will consume.

At times, the program becomes very slow and display NOT RESPONDING on the title bar. Allow adequate time for the program to process, the program will respond. If it doesn't, Right-Click the iTalc program on the task bar and select Close. Then simply re-launch the program.

CPCC has pre-configured all iTalc installations. If you have any questions, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at 704.330.5000.
