Summary

As live events occur, you may wish to provide the ability for other CPCC users who are not able to physically attend the opportunity to view them.

Digital Media Services provides the ability to project live video/audio captures through the internet. In addition, a video recording of the event may be made available online for on-demand viewing.

Video is broadcasted at standard web resolution (352x240).

Service Guidelines

Please provide at least a (2) week notice prior to date of live broadcast to allow for planning and testing. Testing will be performed (24) hours prior to live event date.

The streaming appliance requires a power outlet and network jack to operate. Please take this into consideration prior to requesting service. Events must be within 25 feet of network and power outlets.

Events must take place during normal operating hours (M-Th. 7:30-6) and be held at a CPCC location.

Requests should include the following information:

• Primary Event Contact
• Name of Event
• Location of Event
• Duration of Event
