Presentation Capture
Summary
Digital Media Services provides Audio and Video capture services for specific, non-instructional presentations and discussions throughout the college community utilizing standard digital camcorders.
Event Requirements:
- Held during normal operating hours (M-Th 7:30-6)
- Require no more than two camera angles
- Be indoors where power outlet(s) are available
- Be at a CPCC campus location
Special Requests must pass through an approval process
Service Guidelines
Within 5 business days, raw video footage may be segmented and published to standard CPCC web hosting services and/or recorded to DVD media to distribute to the client.
Digital Media Services asks that you provide at least a (2) week notice prior to live events scheduled date so that preparations to be made.
