For Office Use
A short training session is required prior to activating your account for Panopto. This can be scheduled by contacting Professional Development.
Once complete, the trainee will then submit an IT Services Help Desk request to specify the specific office location where the recording software is to be installed.
If you plan to record presentations from a personal desktop computer or laptop, the recording software is available for download once your account has been activated for Panopto Lecture Capture. Visit lecturecapture.cpcc.edu and click on the Download Recorder button from your personal computer.
Note: IT Services will provide support for accessing the software installation only on personal computers.
Live classroom capture is currently supported in CPCC Digital Media Classrooms only. CPCC Digital Media Classrooms are equipped with a controllable camera and microphone unit. These rooms are:
- HE4500: Surgical Technology
- CA200: Culinary Arts
- LT1141: Global Classroom
