Use "cpcc\" before your login ID, when you login from outside of the network.Get your director to fix your access, if your login doesn't work. These tools best perform using IE.

The following tools are only accessable from inside of the network.

• Astra Web Client - Access Adastra online room scheduling information via your browser.
• Computer Desktop/Laptop - All full-time employees are provided a desktop computer.  Learn more about the provided equipment.

• Document Imaging- Singularity - Singularity is the electronic document storage system for CPCC. Select this link to access the system.
• E-Directory - Online Searchable Directory of Faculty, Staff, and Department contact information.
• E-Directory Administration - Department liaisons can manage the E-directory listings for their department's employees.

E-mail - Can be accessed on your desktop using MS Outlook, or from anywhere on the internet using Webmail.

• Employee Print Management - Access this system to manage your employee print account and balances.
• Employee Profile - Each employee has a profile page linked from their listing in the e-Directory. This makes faculty and staff members more easily accessible and provides a way for them to dynamically present personal information.
• Employee Profile Manager Tool - You can upload your picture, add links to your favorite web sites, list your responsibilities, educational background and experience, publications, and other information you would like to share about yourself.
• Equipment / Technology Planning & Consultation - ITS provides consultation services to help you determine technology solutions appropriate for your needs in the office, classroom, or lab.
• Informer - Entrinsik Informer is a reporting tool used to extract information from
• the Colleague system.
• LearnerWeb - Look up and sign up for Professional Development Training Sessions.
• Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) Find out information about multi-function printers including who to contact for support/supplies, what abilities they have, and how printing is managed through these devices.
• Network Accounts Each employee (full or part time) is required to have a network userid and password which is used to access the CPCC network and online services, including the college e-mail system, shared network drives, individual network storage, and any specialized access needed for specific positions.
• Network Account Management Tool - With this online tool you can: Change your password,
• set your Secret Questions, see your MFP Print Account PIN# and Balance.
• Network File Storage (Share Drives) - Store work related files securely on the CPCC network and enjoy the benefits of regular backups and access to the files from anywhere on the internet.
• H-Drive – Network File Storage for Departments. Store shared files in your department share on the H-Drive.
• U-Drive – Network File Storage for each employee.  If you use 'My Documents' while logged into a College workstation, you are already using your U-Drive.
• Network File Storage - Remote Access - Access your U-Drive or an H-Drive while off-campus. (Internet connection required.)
• Webdrive Tool - access your U-Drive or an H-Drive with a local drive letter. (for Windows OS's only)
• Webfolders - access your U-Drive or an H-Drive remotely. (requires IE 5.5 or higher)

• Technology-Enhanced Rooms Many conference rooms, classrooms, labs, and other rooms have computers, projectors, televisions, VCRs, and other technology for enhancing learning and communication.

• Video Conferencing Information Technology Services has a video conferencing solution that may be used by faculty and staff.

** Note that some systems, particularly those within colleage/datatel do not handle Chrome when used to enter dates (i.e. course override, or last date attended). To get to some systems from outside the domain (i.e. home) you have to put in cpcc\ followed by your employee ID. Some systems are not accessible from outside the college - but won't necessarily warn you. Most systems require some kind of login- some are tied to the central login that that the LMS's use (called CAS) and some are not.
