 | What services and resources does Instructional Development support? Content and media development - IDev supports faculty in their development of instructional content, resources, and media.
- IDev provides training and support to college employees on how to incorporate best practices and technical standards in the production and publishing of their instructional resources.

 | Blackboard Support - IDev provides user support and training to college employees who are utilizing the Blackboard learning management system (LMS) for delivering online courses and training.
- Technical support for system errors are provided by ITS. For example, server error messages and issues of system performance are handled by this group and requests should be directed to the Help Desk.
- Support for students who are using Blackboard is provided through the Help Desk.
