| Meet with a Planning & Research “mentor” for Outcomes and Assessment Training to help you start thinking about outcomes (sample forms from the training are linked below) Writing Outcomes Workshop Nuts & Bolts of Outcome Assessment Presentation - January 7th (P&R) League for Innovation's 21st Century Learning Outcomes Project Outcomes Form from training Form A (due March 2nd) Outcome Prioritization Form (this form will help you complete Form A) Review bank of surveys for grads, current students, employers (Program Chairs)

February | Meeting with Planning and Research mentor and program chairs - Meeting will consist of Student info-verify prefixes, courses, for Planning & Research to pull data Set-up Advisory groups, employers and other faculty members to help with determining student outcomes and program outcomes. (Program Chairs) Draft of Part I due - The Program Profile (Program Chair) Form due to P&R by February 20
Survey training and prototype-If surveys are needed for current students they must be started now. Develop questions for surveys (Planning & Research and Program Director) |
March | Form A Due March 2nd How to Read Your Data Workshop (P&R) Download of faculty credentials (P&R) Distribute data to Program Chairs (P&R) Distribute Current Student Surveys out to classes (P&R)
Develop Graduate Surveys and distribute (P&R)
Develop Employer Surveys and distribute/mail out (P&R)
Draft of Part II due - Program Content (Program Chair) Form due to P&R by March 31

May | Data information evaluation before instructional staff leaves. |
May | Future Trends and/or Occupational Research from Planning & Research and any other data that is ready to be distributed to program directors The following are due:

August | Group meeting to see where everyone is with their Program Review. |
July-August | 1st Draft due to Division Directors & Deans for review

September 30th | DEADLINE for ALL info to Planning & Research |
| October | Document review/sign off by Division Directors/Deans |
November | Division Directors/Deans schedule review meeting with VP, Learning Unit and Associate Dean, Project Management. Budget recommendations made and feedback given to program Directors. |
December | One (1) year follow up from previous years programs
