To receive credit for previous college courses, you must complete and submit a transcript evaluation form. You need to complete the transcript evaluation process if:
• You want to take a course at CPCC and the course requires a prerequisite that you have completed at another college
• You plan to enroll in a CPCC program and you want to know what courses you have left
• You want to receive credit for Military training (DD214)
• You want to receive credit for Advanced Placement (AP) Exams

To begin this process you must submit original, unopened copies of all college transcripts. In addition to your transcripts, you must complete and submit the evaluation form (get the form). Forms are also available at each of our six campuses.

Send this form in after CPCC has received all of your previous college transcripts.  You may mail your transcripts to PO Box 35009 Charlotte, NC  28235-5009 or you may fax the form to 704-330-6082.
