Request a transcript evaluation

Welcome to your electronic transcript evaluation request service. By using these links you will be able to complete your evaluation request form and submit it electronically. Once your request has been received, your college/university transcript(s) will be evaluated and any applicable credits will be added to your CPCC records. Only A, B or C grades will be considered for credit.
 

You may periodically check the status of your evaluation by logging into MyCollege. Once the “Welcome” page opens, select “Students”. Under the “Academic Profile” menu, select “Transcript”. In the drop down menu, select “Curriculum Transcript”. You will be able to recognize your transferred credits by the notation “TR”. 

BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST, you must check with Student Records at any CPCC campus to verify that all requested transcripts have been received by the College. Requesting transcripts is YOUR responsibility. CPCC does not take responsibility for requesting transcripts for any student.
