Chat- Live Help

To further assist you, we offer a live chat support system. If the blue chat button in the upper left hand corner is displaying "LIVE HELP", this indicates that a counselor is online and available to chat. To begin your session, click on the chat button and sign in using your CPCC Login credentials.

If the chat icon is displaying "CLICK TO LEAVE A MESSAGE", this indicates that there are currently no counselors available or it is after normal hours of operation. You may still click on the icon, login, and leave a message which will be sent via email and answered within 24 – 48 business hours when the College is open.
