Overall responsibility for management of the College’s employee benefits and compensation programs and services.

Linda Anderson - Human Resources Technician II - (704) 330-6314

Responsible for full-time timesheets, leave accounting functions, family and medical leave (FMLA) and disability programs, and verification of prior service.

Gloria Reddon - Human Resources Technician II - (704) 330-6311

Responsible for Workers' Compensation, and the daily support of flexible spending account, dental, vision insurance programs.
