Responsible for the daily administration of the College’s employee benefits program for both faculty and staff.

Responsible for full-time timesheets, leave accounting functions, family and medical leave (FMLA) and disability programs, and verification of prior service.

Responsible for Workers' Compensation, and the daily support of flexible spending account, dental, vision insurance programs.

Initial point of contact of the Human Resources Department and informational resource for employees and the public.

Overall responsibility for the College's employee recruitment and selection programs and services. 

Cheryl Addison Raley - Human Resources Analyst - (704) 330-6741

Analyst over the full-time hiring process for assigned units within the College including the President’s Office, Facilities Services and the Instructional Units.  

Sheila Clemons - Human Resources Analyst - (704) 330-6679 

Analyst over the part-time hiring process for all units within the College including part-time instructors, support personnel, Federal Work Study students and College volunteers.

 

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND RECORDS RETENTION

Kelly NatoliDirector Employee Relations and Retention - (704) 330-6878

Overall responsibility for the College's employee relations and employee retention programs and services including College employment policies. 

Carol Hyde - Human Resources Data Management Specialist (704) 330-6601

Primary specialist of Human Resources records including personnel files, employment background checks, I-9 forms, employment verifications and information contained within Human Resources databases.
