Overall strategic leader of the College's Human Resources programs, policies, procedures and services.

Mattie Thomas - Human Resources Coordinator

Responsible for coordination of the Human Resources Department's overall functioning and support needs including budgets, procurement, accounting, processes, and general inquiries.

Scottie Pankey - Human Resources Technician II

First point-of-contact for the College's Human Resources services including assistance with the College's employment application/hiring process.

Benefits and Compensation

Joanette Freeman - Executive Director of Benefits and Compensation

Overall responsibility for management of the College’s employee benefits and compensation programs and services.

Ana Holland - Human Resources Systems Analyst

Serves as the CIS and IT expert for Human Resources Information Systems.

Linda AndersonLeaves Specialist

Responsible for full-time timesheets, leave accounting functions, family and medical leave (FMLA) and disability programs, and verification of prior service.

Gloria Reddon Benefits Specialist

Responsible for the administration of all full time benefits, benefits orientation, open enrollment, workers' compensation and retirement.

Teesha Boozer - Human Resources Specialist

Responsible for a variety of tasks to assist with the administration of the Compensation and Benefits program and related activities.

Recruitment and Selection

Cheryl Addison Raley - Director, Employee Recruitment & Retention

Oversees and manages the recruitment and selection for the college.  Provides expertise to ensure that recruiting activities are conducted appropriately and effectively. Develops, implements, and manages the exit interview process. Provides counsel and guidance to supervisors and employees in interpreting CPCC Policies and Procedures as well as Federal and State regulations; related to the recruitment and selection process. Provides supervision for HR recruitment staff.

Sheila Clemons - Senior Human Resources Analyst

Responsible for the hiring process of the Units of Learning (Curriculum, College and Career Readiness and Corporate and Continuing Education), Administrative Services, Service Crop and Theater operations.

Herbert RembertHuman Resources Analyst

Responsible for the hiring process for the Units of The President’s Office, Information Technology Services, Facilities Services, Planning and Research, Grants and Government Contracts, Enrollment and Student Services and WTVI.

Jim Sebastian - PT Human Resources Technician III

Provide support to HR Analyst staff as needed:  Create and update employee file folders and review to make sure all documents are present, data entry of information, etc.

Employee Relations and Records Management

Vacant - Executive Director Employee Relations, Recruitment and Retention

Overall responsibility for management of the College's Employee Relations and Retention programs and services including employment regulatory compliance, policy interpretation and compliance, conflict resolution and employee grievances.

Carol Hyde - Human Resources Data Management Specialist

Responsible for Human Resources records including personnel files, employment background checks, I-9 forms, employment verification, and information contained within Human Resources databases.
