Vision care benefits are provided through OptiCare Vision. Beginning January 2007, there are two plan options. We will continue the current option which covers a routine eye exam exam and hardware. The second option covers hardware only and does not include a routine eye exam. This plan compliments the SmartChoice PPO medical plans which cover routine eye exams, but do not include hardware coverage.
