Annual Enrollment for 2009

The 2009 annual enrollment period for Flexible Spending Account, Dental and Vision insurance will begin October 8 and continue through October 31, 2008. Every full-time employee must submit an enrollment form by October 31, 2008. No paper form will be accepted.

Dental Insurance

The dental benefits will not change in 2009. UnitedHealthcare will continue to be the insurance provider for this plan. The premiums for dental will increase by approximately 9%, but these rates will be in effect for 2009 and 2010. For additional information about the plan, please click here.

Vision Insurance

The vision plan will remain the same in 2009 including the premiums.

 

Flexible Spending Account

The limits for 2009 will continue to be $3,000 for medical and $5,000 for dependent care. Please click here for additional information about the plan.
