Jim is a Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), a Certified Executive Chef and a Certified Food and Beverage Executive. A Springfield, Ohio native, Jim has lived in Charlotte for 18 years.
He has owned restaurants in town and has held leadership and management positions in many exclusive operations, such as the Myers Park Country Club serving as Executive Chef, and Market Square in High Point, NC acting as Executive Chef/ Food & Beverage Director. Jim is active in civic and professional associations, including the North Carolina Restaurant Association, Hospitality Tourism Alliance and the American Culinary Federation, where he served as president of the Charlotte Chapter.
