Bill Lassiter

Bill Lassiter Bill Lassiter, CEC, CCE, is a Certified Executive Chef and a Certified Culinary Educator. He earned an Associates Degree from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and a Bachelor’s in Education Degree from Western Carolina University. Bill’s training also includes advanced certificates from the renowned International School of Confectionery Arts and CIA’s Greystone campus in Napa Valley, CA. He has held Chef de Cuisine positions in both Marriott and Hilton Hotels, and served as Manager for such notable companies as Pawley’s Island Inn, Steak-n-Ale and Slug’s Restaurants. He is a member of the American Culinary Federation and is a native of Chapel Hill, NC. Bill has lived in the Charlotte area for 18 years.
