Beth Thompson-Peace, CC, CPC
Beth is a graduate of Central Piedmont Community College with dual degrees in Culinary Arts and the Baking and Pastry Arts Programs. Beth has competed in several American Culinary Federation Competitions and is an award winning Pastry Chef and Student Team Culinary Chef.
Beth had dreams of being a chef at a very young age while preparing meals with her father in the kitchen. She first earned her BS in Business Administration from UNC-C and worked professionally for many years before starting a family. It was not until 2007 that she began her lifelong dream of being a chef and opening her own small catering company. She is a firm believer in Farm to Table foods and enjoys sharing her passion with students in the area through the Chef and Child progam.
