Application Information

The deadline for application for Fall 2013 is March 15, 2013.  Applications submitted after that date will not be considered.

Please follow the directions in the attached application form. Submit completed applications with all required attachments to Liza Lopes, Admissions Specialist. Packets may be dropped in the box in Room 3545 in Health Careers Building, or submitted to Ms. Lopes in Belk 3125.
