Angel Tree

There are 29 of the 50 original angels left on the tree and 11 days left until the gift deadline!  I would love to return a gift for each of the 50!  We did it in 2011….I know we can do it again!

Harris Campus Angel Tree 2011

 ATTENTION STUDENTS, FACULTY AND STAFF!!

The holiday season is here!! This year, we will once again partner with Jackson Park Ministries to provide Christmas cheer by sponsoring an Angel Tree. Jackson Park Ministries is a non-profit organization that provides assistance to many families in the communities that surround our campus.  Their mission is to assist at risk children, adults and families with food, clothing, shelter, counseling services, and monetary services.

Jackson Park is trying to serve underprivileged children with 2,000 gifts for Christmas this year.  With our help they will be able to give gifts to the least of these on the West Side of Charlotte.  For all who are interested, the Angel Tree will be available beginning Monday, November 12th in the Student Life Center.  Donors can choose an angel (from the tree) that will have an age and gender of a child for whom a gift will need to be purchased.  Cash not accepted.

 DEADLINE for gift return:

Friday, November 30th

Student Life Center

Gifts should be returned in a gift bag with the Angel tied to the bag.

If you would like to return your gift before November 30th you can do so by scheduling a drop-off time with

Nakeshia Staley (Student Life Coordinator)

nakeshia.staley@cpcc.edu or 704-330-4622

Please do not leave gifts under the Angel tree or outside of the Student Life office.  Gifts can be left in the Campus Security office if no one is available in student life.
