Global Competitiveness Summit and Advanced Manufacturing Awards 2014

On March 12, 2014, CPCC joined the Charlotte Business Journal in co-hosting an event and awards program at the Harris Conference Center in Charlotte. Our focus was on strengthening a globally competitive workforce and on recognizing achievements in advanced manufacturing.

This single registration event combined the college's successful Global Summit series and the Charlotte Business Journal's well-recognized Advanced Manufacturing Awards - a partnership with the Centralina Economic Development Commission. The event engaged global leaders, educators, economic developers, policy makers and others who shared remarks and strategies toward achieving a global vision.
