Empower U Recap - 10/3/18

In week 4, we learned about the fourth law of success: The Law of Least Effort also referred to as the principle of economy of effort, or “do less and accomplish more”.  Before fully practicing this law, it is a good idea to become in tune with nature.  Take note of the growing of the grass and how effortless it just grows, or how flowers just bloom because that’s what they were designed to do.  You’ll begin to learn that nature’s intelligence is not only effortless and spontaneous, but intuitive, nourishing, and holistic as well.  It is one of the top leading guides to learning your true self which allows you to make use of the Law of Least Effort.  There are three components to this law to help you put it into action.  These components are:

  1. Acceptance - to make a commitment
  2. Responsibility - no one else is to blame for your situation including yourself
  3. Defenselessness – the need to convince or persuade others of your point of view is relinquished

Keep in mind: Nature is held together by the energy of LOVE and when your actions are motivated by one of the strongest emotions least effort is expended.
