Don't know
where to begin? Another useful tool is something the CPCC
librarians developed, called
subject guides, to assist you when you're beginning your
research. For every curriculum or degree program, there is a
subject guide at
http://www.cpcc.edu/library/subjectguides. Each one is
organized the same way, with links to reference and circulating
books in our online catalog, periodicals and journals, electronic
databases, and websites, all focused on a particular topic and
related to that subject . The subject guides are useful when
you know what subject you're researching, but you just don't know
where to start searching. It's all right there at your
fingertips!
