Campus Libraries
Central Piedmont Community College is the
largest community college in the state with 6 campus libraries
throughout Mecklenburg County with a collection of over 100,000
books. Every campus library provides
computers with Internet access and Microsoft
Office software as well as TV/VCRs to view videos and telecourses for all library users. In addition, all all
libraries have a leased collection of current fiction and nonfiction
books available to students, faculty and staff.
The Central
Campus Library on Elizabeth Avenue near uptown is CPCC's largest
library. Centrally located on campus, the Richard Hagemeyer
Learning Resource Center houses the largest collection of the six
campuses with over 90,000 books.

The Levine
Campus Library is located in the town of Matthews. The Phyllis
Allran Barber Library houses over 3,500 books, making it the second
largest library at CPCC. This library supports all curriculum
classes, the majority of which are used for college transfer
courses, as well as Corporate and Continuing Education classes.
