Purpose and Goals:
(FYE) First Year Experience has the resources and the support you need to be successful during your academic journey. Whether you are returning to school after a long break, training for a new career
or finishing high school and continuing your education, First Year Experience provides services designed to help you successfully adjust to college. The most important variable in being a successful student is participating in college programs which help you develop persistence toward achieving your academic goals. Applicant please follow the steps listed below carefully to enroll successfully at CPCC!
CPCC New/Visiting/Returning Applicant Admissions Steps!

Step 1: Complete Admissions Application To CPCC Within an hour, you should receive an email with your Student ID Number |

Step 3: Set Up Your CPCC Student Email |

Step 4: Complete FAFSA to begin the Financial Aid process, if needed. |

Step 5: Submit high school and external college transcripts; then have college transcripts evaluated, if applicable. |

Step 6: Study For ACCUPLACER Placement Tests using the ACCUPLACER Practice Tests And Review Videos. Then take ACCUPLACER Placement Tests The ACCUPLACER tests are now mandatory, but some students may qualify for a test waiver. |

Step 7: Sign Up For Orientation and attend Orientation to complete the enrollment steps, be advised on classes and programs, and learn how to register |

Step 8: Register and pay for classes, or confirm that you have a Financial Aid award by the Payment Due Date |
