ACA 118 College Study Skills, “Master Student”
$600.00 Essay Scholarships
7 winners per semester – Fall and Spring only
Topic: “What is a Master Student?”
Beginning Spring Semester, 2010
Information:
1. Applicants must be enrolled in ACA 118 Fall or Spring semester to submit an essay. Previous ACA 118 Scholarship winners are not eligible.
2. Applicants must be high school graduates/ GED to win.
3. Essays must be submitted electronically to the ACA website by the due date provided each semester. Essays must be no longer than 750 words. Format and essay requirements are posted on: www.cpcc.edu/aca
4. Essays will be judged by administrators and instructors from CPCC. Winners will be announced during finals week each semester.
5. Winners will be notified by e-mail and will receive a $600.00 credit in their CPCC account to be used the following semester for tuition and/or books valid for 1 year from date of issuance.
