The purpose of this event will be to allow college students the opportunity to learn first-hand from employers about their expectations in the workplace and the opportunities available in the IT industry. The intended audience is CPCC IT students, and any other CPCC students who may be interested in learning more about this field. Over sixty students, faculty, and staff participated in the prior IT employer panel held in the spring.

Hiring professionals will discuss interviewing, important job skills, and IT industry trends.  From 8-8:30, we will have an informal networking time.  The panel will begin promptly at 8:30 am. We are pleased to have panelists including the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of First Charter Corporation as well as representatives of Time Warner Cable.

This event is open to all students, faculty and staff.  Please encourage your students to attend and classes are welcome.
