Brian Hitney is a Developer Evangelist for Microsoft, working in the Carolinas region. Prior to that, he worked on a Windows Vista team in Redmond, Washington.

Kevin Cook works out of the Charlotte Microsoft office and is another Vista heavy weight.

The first part of the discussion will consist of discussing  new features in Windows Vista, from UI to security to reliability.

The second half of the discussion, we’ll take a deep dive into some kernel changes, shedding new light on how Vista works, and why it’s the best operating system to date.
