Wood Cabinets

Whenever possible, detail cabinets to standard widths and sizes.  All cabinets do not need to be custom millwork. 

Wood Blocking

Wood blocking must be provided in drywall partitions for many items including (but not limited to):  pencil sharpeners, marker boards, wall cabinets, wall shelves, handrails, toilet accessories, wall mounted projection screens, etc. 

Solid Surfacing

Restroom vanity counters shall be constructed of solid surfacing material such as Corian (DuPont), Avonite, or equal.  Sink bowls shall be integral with the tops, or stainless steel, or enameled cast iron mounted to the underside of the countertop opening.
