How We Work

"We start with a simple needs assessment and blank piece of paper when we visit with senior subject matter experts at the employer’s site to learn about their needs," says Bill Heitman, executive energy advisor with CPCC. These meetings have two goals:

  1. To identify skills gaps and talent pipeline needs where existing programs at CPCC might bring value.
  2. To improve programming by helping CPCC identify and modify existing programs, as well as creating new and enhanced programs.
