How do I request an online course?

In order for a course to have an online course area in an online learning system like Blackboard or Moodle, the COD must indicate that it will need this resources. It must be encoded as being one of the following instructional methods: IN (online), WB (web-enhanced), TW (teleweb), or HY (hybrid).
