You may not be aware that every instructor in Blackboard automatically has a companion student identity enrolled in each of their Blackboard course shells.  It is the same as your CPCC Login, but with es instead of e:  gft4982es

Once you set a password for this Bb Student es account (within the Course Adminstrative Webtools area CAW) you can login to your class in a separate browser window and experience your class as a student would.

Here is a tutorial for how to set your password in the CAW.  It includes audio, so be sure to wear a headset or have your speakers turned on.
