Grievance Procedure

Any student having a concern related to the:
Determination of service based on their documentation;
The provision of or lack of provision of an accommodations provided by Disability Services
has the right to take their concern forward. For further details see the college’s Policy and Procedures.
Procedure
If a student has a complaint that cannot be resolved with his or her Disability Services Counselor, the student should put the concern in writing and submit it to Karen Franklin, Director, Disability Counseling Services.
The Disability Services Director will contact the student within 5 working days to discuss the situation and work towards a resolution.
If the complaint is not resolved, the student has the right to consult Mandy Saunders, Associate Dean of Counseling & Advising Services
