The 2009 Specialist Training Program at Central Piedmont Community College and York Technical College is being hosted by Michael Horn -Associate Vice President for Government Relations and Grants at Central Piedmont Community College, Dr.  Edward Duffy-Vice President for Development at York Technical College, and The Council for Resource Development. Faculty will include local, regional and national experts from community colleges, universities, non-profits and consulting firms. Tours of regional workforce development efforts and other collaborative partnerships will be showcased along with best practices and innovations that can be replicated nationwide.
