Standard Operating Procedures

The third building block in sustaining quality at CPCC is to develop effective, efficient standard procedures for college functions. Standard procedures allow a common understanding of how things are done.

Standard operating procedures are being developed for:

• Campus and building name changes, as well as room number changes
• Updating campus maps
• Updating internal floor directories in campus buildings

Once they are final, standard procedures are communicated to the college community and employees are trained on them.
