At CPCC, joint borrower's cards will be issued to part-time faculty with the approval of the appropriate department head. Interested faculty members may request the required form at any CPCC Library Circulation Desk.
- Faculty should have a valid college or university identification card and a joint borrower’s card to check out circulating materials at other member libraries.
- CPCC faculty who need this service can come to any CPCC Library Circulation Desk to obtain a joint borrower's card. The card is valid for the academic year only.
- Faculty are not entitled to special privileges and must abide by the policies and procedures of the lending institution. Reference or other services are not included in this agreement.
- The individual borrower must assume responsibility for the safe and timely return of all materials borrowed. Materials returned late will be subject to appropriate fines of the lending institution’s library.
Faculty must return all materials directly to the lending library. The borrower’s library will not be responsible for returning material to the lending library by mail.
