ABC's of Applying for Co-op

A.  Meet with your Faculty Coordinator or campus Co-op Coordinator to:
        -check if Co-op is available in your program of study
        -see if you qualify for Co-op
        -determine if a resume is needed
        -complete the Cooperative Education Application
        -discuss possible Co-op worksites
        -get approval from your Faculty Coordinator (signature on application)

B.  Once you find an employer/worksite, see the Co-op Coordinator to:
        -complete the Placed Student Information Sheet
        -complete an Orientation for Co-op
        -turn in a job description from the Co-op employer
        -have the Co-op Coordinator lift the block so you can register and pay
          for the class

C.  Once you register and pay for the class, see the Co-op Coordinator to:
        -obtain your Co-op workbook (seminar students will receive their
          workbook at their first seminar class)
        -review the Co-op workbook and calendar for the semester
