GRN 7000 Green Building and Remodeling
This course will cover the basic principals, materials and methods in green construction and remodeling. It is for homeowners and professional builders and remodelers. This class qualifies for the NARI Green Certified Professional Certification continuing education course.

CIX 7014 The House as a System
This class is designed to give information that will allow the students to complete a basic evaluation of a house and understand how the house operates as a system. Subjects covered will include Building Science, Methods of Construction, and Building Codes, along with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, footings, foundations and framing.
