The General Education Development (GED) Preparation program offers students an opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills needed to successfully pass the GED® Tests and earn a high school equivalency diploma.
The GED® Tests measure students' knowledge in science, math, social studies, reading, and writing, including an essay that assesses your ability to write and communicate effectively. CPCC offers five flexible options for preparing for the GED® so that students can select the one that best meets their needs and goals.
