Enroll for Adult High School

All new students must be 18 years old and have a state-issued picture I.D., and must have been officially withdrawn from CMS.
- Go to our Basic Skills Information Center. It is located on Central Campus in the Kratt building in Room 104.
- Get information regarding Basic Skills Orientation (Also you can check the Basic Skills Orientation Schedule).
- Attend the Basic Skills Orientation. You must bring an ID with photo, and the official sealed transcript from the last High School attended (with the student's name clearly written on the envelope).
- Take placement test during the orientation.
After orientation, if you meet the required scores to enter AHSD:
- You will be referred to an Adult High School Counselor's Transcript Evaluation Session in the Kratt Bldg. Rm. 204.
- The counselor will give you the details of the remainder of the registration process.
After orientation, if you do not meet the required scores to enter AHSD:
- You will be referred to the ABE prep classes to improve your educational skills.
